General Weyler has forbidden the harvesting of the sugar and coffee crops, fearing that the planters will subsidise the Italians. FIGHTING IN BRAZIL. Rome, August 26. News is received that fighting has occurred between Brazilians and Italians at San Paulo. Several were killed and forty injured. Italy is likely to send a warship and withdraw the Legation.
