A man bathing at St. Clair beach this week got into difficulties and became unconscious. He was dragged out and a good deal of trouble had to be taken to bring him round. When he was able to speak be said that, though utterly unable to make any sign, he was fully conscious from the moment of being pulled out of everything that was going on round him. He was apparently unconscious for over an hour,
