As we go to press a large barque is being towed in. She is said to bo the Arnold, coming hero for the New Zealand Shipping Company. The schooner Gisborne completed loading to day for Gisborne. She has taken in 32 tons flour, 8 tons oatmeal and wheatmeal, 450 sacks of oats, and 70 sacks of bran and sharps. (Bv Telegraph.) Port Chalmers, Feb. 3. Arrived —Duke of Westminister, Captain Cox, 40 days, from London.
