THE RANGITATA CONCERT.

TO THE EDITOR. Sib,—l am sorry for so inadvertently giving “ Fair Play ” occasion to have made a complaint in your issue of to-day. It was purely an oversight that they were omitted, and the promoter of the social now makes honourable mention of Mr J. Hear who supplied accordeon music, and Mr George Rae who bo very ably fingered the violin. I do not think that the two gentlemen mentioned would fret in the least at their names being left out much less troubling you, Mr Editor, about it, but now know there is an old saying that “ there are two reasons why some people don’t mind their own business, one is they haven’t any business, and the other is that they haven’t any mind.” The above old saying is I think very applicable to Mr “ Pair Play.”
