Found DrownedWELLINGTON, June 13.
The body of a young woman named Delia tenahan, barmaid, war found floating in the harbour this morning. It is supposed to bo a case of accidental drowning.

Judge Dennislou, referring to his refusal to discharge a labourer, said this morning—" I say emphatically the Bankruptcy Act is not meant, and as far as I can help it shall not be applied ’’ in the case of a non trader who incurs debts and without alteration in his circumstances asks for a discharge.
