The Fletcher bill cases are still occupying the Supreme Court. To-day is the fourth day, and the evidence is not yet finished.
CHRISTCHURCH. March 30.
In the Supreme Court, in the case of Purcell v. Railway Commissioners, the jury found for plaintiff, damages £I2OO. A nonsuit point raised by Mr Joynt, was reserved for argument.
