Southland Crop Prospects.

INVERCARGILL, Nov. 1
The agricultural prospects of this district are very good. The weather has been so favorable throughout the Winter and Spring, that large areas, especially of oats, were got in. The lambing season was also highly successful, in many cases tho average is up to 105 per cent.
