Berlin, June 10, The Cologne Zeituny states that the Czar warned the Shah of Persia that if he made more concessions to England of a nature unfavorable to Russia it was quite possible that a hundred thousand bayonets would cross the Persian frontier.
Vienna, Juno 10. Bishop Michaels’ return to Servia, after visiting the Czar, has caused some sensation in Austrian official circles. Ho proposes that Prince Nikiti of Montengro should be made King of Servia, in which are to be included Bosnia and the Herzegovina, The Folistche Correspondent suggests that Austria should checkmate Russia by recalling ex-King Milan and restoring Bosnia and the Herzegovima in return for a money payment. Austrian troops are reinforcing Bosnian garrisons, and an uneasy feeling generally prevails.
