SERIOUS DAMAGE BY FLOODS.
(Per Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Special to tee Press Association.) (Received 1. p.m., May 30th.) Sydney, May 30. Immense damage been done by the floods in town of West Maitland, There is much distress at Marrickville in consequence of the floods. Twenty thousand bags of cereals,chiefly shipments from New Zealand and Victoria stored in the city, have been damaged by flood waters.
