Carnot, grandfather of the President, and one of great figures of of tho Revolution ; those of Francois Marceaux, a young general of great promise who was killed in 1796 ; and those of Deputy Baudin, to the Pantheon. GERMAN-ITALIAN ALLIANCE. Rome, May 25. Signor Crispi, the Premier, declines to deny the existence of a military convention between Germany and Italy.
