Brewers Heavily Punished.
(By Telegraph.) WELLINGTON, April 12, Three charges against the Junction Brewery Company, and three against Owen McArdle, secretary of the company, for neglecting to enter certain material received and purchased for (he production of beer were heard to-day. Mf Robinson R.BL, inflicted tfio fine of SSO
on each information, and intimated that had the whole of tho charges been laid against the company, he would have the maximum penalty in each case. Forfeiture of the plant was also ordered.
