WELLINGTON, Jak, 24.

The Premier leaves by the afternoon train for Palmerston en route for Taranaki. He returns to Hawera on Monday, where he addresses his constituents. He will probably bo absent three weeks, and will address meetings at Auckland and Napier, The Hon. Mr Mitchelson leaves for the North to-morrow morning. Mr Roberts, President of the New Zealand Exhibition, is in Wellington discussing the question with him, and arranging about the Government exhibits.
