'lbe C.J.O. Midsummer Meeting was held to-day. The weather is fine and the attendance moderate.

Midsummbb Hubbles, 75 sovs., 2 miles. T. Stewart’s Mammoo, lOst 71bs (Owner) 1 W. O. Rutherford’s Presto, 9st lOlbs (Walls) 2 T. H. Taylor’s Panic, 10sb 31bs (Kingan) 3 Wire-ln, 9sb lOlbs, also ran. Time—4min 6secs.

Mammoc and Presto went away from the other two at the start, Wire-ia twelve lengths away third, Panic last, Wire-in ran off at the second hurdle. Mammoc and Presto ran together till tho last hurdle when the former drew away, winning easily by four lengths.

Dividends £1 7s and £1 Bs. Middle Paek Stakes, 200 sovs, 6 furlongs. D. O’Brien’s Dunkold 7st lllbs (Derritt) 1 0. Turnbull’s Wolverine 9st (Sharp) ... 2 G. H. Cliffords Ohudleigh Bst 6lbs (Thompson) ;.. 3 Adulation also started. Time—lmin 17secs.

Adulation and Dunkeld got best away with Ohudleigh and Wolverine side by side, following. They ran in close order to tho .distance post when Dunkold, carrying 141bs overweight, came away, winning by a length and a half. Dividends —£217 s fid, and £3 Is.
