The Naval Defence Bill passed all its stages in the Legislative Assembly without opposition. AN ABSURD PROPOSAL. Sydney, Nov. 22. The Premier, Sir Henry Parkes, gave notice in the Legislative Assembly today of a Bill changing the name of this colony to “ Austi'alia.”
