DISTRICT COURT.
The following cases are set down for hearing at the District Court on Monday before His Honor J udge Ward. Re Thomas Farrell a bankrupt, Mr Wood to move for an order of discharge. Be Arthur Ormsby a bankrupt. Mr Lynch to move that an order of discharge be granted. Be Patrick Madden a bankrupt. Mr Aspinall to apply for an order of discharge. Be Thomas Farley a bankrupt. Mr Hay to apply for an order of discharge. Be Stephen Wheeler a bankrupt. Mr Knubley to apply for an order of discharge. Be Arthur Ormsby a bankrupt. Mr Lynch to move that an order be made fur the payment of solicitors fees, out of the bankrupt’s estate. Be Patrick Madden a bankrupt. Mr Aspinall to apply for payment of solicitor’s fees.
Be Thomas Farley a bankrupt, Mr Hay to apply for payment of solicitor’s costs.
John Macpherson. Messrs White and Co. to apply for payment of solicitor’s costs.
Be Hall and Meason. Messrs Hamersley and Wood to apply for
coats of solicitors to Deputy of Official Assignee also for costs of solicitors for supervision and creditors. Be Hall and Meason. Messrs Perry and Perry to give notice of motion for order to admit proof of debt of T. W. Hall for £5555 15a 2d. Be Thomas Farrell, bankrupt. Mr Hay to apply for an order directing R. R. Taylor' to pay £95 2a 4d to Deputy Official Assignee. Be Patrick Buckley. Mr Hay to apply for the appointment of a day for the public examination of the Baukiupt. Be Tiraaru Woollen Factory. Messrs White and Co. to apply for fixing time of proof of debt.
