All that piece or parcel of Land situate In the Main North Road, in Rhodes’ Town, Timaru, containing by admeasurement 1 Rood and 1 Perch, more or less, being part of Rural Section No. 8 (now 7565) of Canterbury aforesaid, and being the lot numbered 81 on the map or plan of the said Rural Section j as laid ont for building and other purposes by the Messieurs Rhodes,' and being the land comprised in Deed of Mortgage, registered No. 65403, Canterbury Deeds Registration District. The whole area of the Land is built npon, the front po'tion being occupied by a large building built of brick and stone, containing on the ground floor Auction Rooms, Horse Repository, Wojl Stores, Show Boom, Strong Boom, and three Offices, and on the first floor eight very convenient Offices.
