The little room is covered with mosaics, pavements, seats, and walls. The symbols and figures are finely drawn and executed in black pebbles on a white ground. On each side of the seats, turned towards the door is a genius with lamp; one of tbe genius of the spring equinox with face raised tbe other of tbe autumn, with face cast down.
