A little yacht, named the Chance, sailed into a berth off the T wharf yesterday afternoon abont 5 o’clock. She is a handsome, model, and la of four tons register, carrying a good spread of canvas for her size. She is in charge of Messrs Black and Brown, of Akaroa, who are, we understand, merely taking a' trip to the ports down tho coast.
The schooner Dunedin sailed early this morning for Napier, with a full load of Allen’s flour.
The barque Examiner put out the last of her coal last evening. This morning she i>Dt out her iron bark piles (54), which are or bridge work. She is now ready for ontward c'irgo.
