THE BULGARIAN DIFFICULTY.

The efforts of General Kanlbara to incite treason in the Bulgarian army have failed, and Russian meetings are everywhere conducted with a great amount of danger.
Bulgaria has been compelled to accept a Russian loan. Russia has proposed a union between Bonmelia and Bulgaria under a King if Bulgaria submits.
The constant jubilation’of the Paris Press, which asserts that France now possesses the most powerful army in Europe, is exciting the populace.
