Sofia, Oct. 11. The elections for the Grand Scbranja or National Assembly, for the choice of a Prince of Bulgaria, commenced yeaterday throughout all the country. At one place in this city a body of ahundred and fifty peasants, acting under the the initiative of M. Neklindoff, the Russian Consul, attempted to obstruct proceedings.
