Chbistohuboh, Oot 11. The Civil Court was adjourned to Monday the 18tb. Sentences were passed as follows; Hunt finJeceritasfcault), Jonathan oh’erts (forgery), and James Hanwell (perjury), the first was placed under the Probation Act for six months and ordered to pay the costs of the prosecution; Hanwell, who bad been recommended to mercy, received the same sentence, to be bound over towards the proteoutor, and pay J|lo of tfie* costs'; Roberts \yas qenfeppe4 tp tvyelye months fiayd labor.
