TECHNICAL SCHOOL.

A meeting of the Council was held last evening, Mr A. L. Halkett-Duwson in the chair. A good deal of business was disposed of, and it was staled that there were 36 pupils on tho roll, and that the attendance and progress of all were very encouraging. There were 90 active members of the Parliamentary Union. The following persons were elected members of tho Council' in the room of certain members who had not attended, and whose names wore therefore struck off the rolls : Messrs H. B. Courtis, J. Wood, Watson, and W. H. Triggs. After passing accounts the Council rose.
