Licensed Interpreters. Gisbobje, Dec. 8. A meeting of licensed intepreters in connection with the formation of an Association was held last night. The rules of the Association were agreed upon, and a circular was drawn up to be sent to the interpreters throughout the colony inviting co-operation. A Partnership Squabble. Wellington, Dec. 8. In Chambers this morning, before Mr Justice Richmond, an interim injunction was applied for in the suit of Brandon and Brandon v. Shaw, The affidavits showed that a suit for dissolution of partnership had been commenced. The terms on which the dissolution of the legal firm of Brandon, Shaw and Brandon should take place being in dispute, and the plaintiffs, Messrs Brandon and Brandon, now applied for an injunction to restrain the defendant, Shaw, from taking any part in the partnership business, until the case was heard and determined. After argument His Honor refused to grant the injunction.
