TIMAKU—THIS DAY. (Before J. Beswick, Esq., R.M.) deunkenkess. A first offender was fined ss, and costs 2s, in default 24 hours’ imprisonment. B. Goodman, for drunkenness and obscene language at Fairlie Creek was fined 6s for the former offence, and 20s for the latter.
