Judgment was given for plaintiff for £8 8s sd, and costs. Manchester and Co. v. Morris, claim £lO 19s lid, judgment summons. An order was made for payment by instalments. TIMARTJ—THIS DAY. (Before T. W. Hall, Esq.) DRUNKENNESS. A first offender was fined ss, in default, 24 hoars imprisonment. Duncan Gould, for being drank on the railway line, near Bruce’s mill yesterday, was fined 10s, in default, 48 hours imprisonment.
