Notice is hereby given that by an order of this Honorable Court made on the 17th day of April 1883 the above-named Henry Green was adjudged bankrupt within the true intent and meaning of the said Acts, and that in pursuance of the provisions of the said Acts at the request of Charles Bourn of Timaru aforesaid merchant George Stumbles of Timaru aforesaid contractor Peter Macintyre of Timarn aforesaid doctor of medicine and Thomas Raymond Jones, of Timaru aforesaid tobacconist carrying on business together under the style or firm of “ Bourn and Go.” the Petitioning Creditors, I, Thomas Howley, the Clerk of the said Court have appointed the hour of 11 o’clock in the forenoon of Monday the twenty-third day of April 1888 as the time and the District Courthouse Timaru as the place for holding the first meeting of the Creditors of the said Henry Green under the bankruptcy and for the attendance of the said Henry Green before the said meeting and that is the time and place for the attendance of the said Henry Green before the said meeting and notice is hereby further given that the said Court hath fixed Wednesday the sixteenth day of May,lßß3 at the hour of 11 o’clock in the forenoon as the time and the District Courthouse Timaru as the place for the said Henry Green to appear before the said Court, and submit to be examined from time to time as provided by the said Acts, Dated this 18tb day of April, 1883.
