Two first offenders were fined 5s each for drunkenness. vagrancy, Annie Allan, who had been convicted of drunkenness twice before during the present month was charged with drunkenness and vagrancy. John Isherwood deposed to finding her on his premises in a state of intoxication last night. Accused in reply to the Bench, said she bad no recollection of anything that had occurred. The Bench said the records showed her to be an old offender, and sent her to gaol for two months, with hard labor.
