A man named Burns, who was yesterday acquitted of a charge of murdering another named Forbes, whose headless body was found at Deep Lead, was immediately afterwards re-arrested for the murder of Michael Quinlivan in 1880. A further warrant is out for Burns for a murder in South Australia. WoolDuties* Sir H.
