TIMAEU—THIS DAT, (Before E. G-, Stericker and H. J. LeCren Esqs.) ILLEGALLY ON PREMISES. William Williams, on remand, was charged with being found at night without lawful excuse in the Public School grounds. Two young girls gave evidence to the effect that when passing along North street the night before last, they had been frightened by accused, who was moving about in the school ground. It appeared also, that ono Lamport was at the same time coming down the street with a hag of flour, and in their agitation the two witnesses wore as much frightened by him as by the accused. W. Lamport gave corroborative evidence. Accused said be had gone into the grounds with no wrong intention. The Bench dismissed him with a caution. neglecting to eegjbtbb a birth. 0. £. Cooper, Registrar of Births,
charged a person with neglecting to register the birth of his child. A fine of 5s was inflicted. NEGLECTING TO BUPPOBT. Charles Townsend was charged with neglecting to support his wife and two children. As the E..M, only had jurisdiction in cases of this kind, the Bench adjourned the case to Ist August. The Court then rose.
