In the matter of '‘The Debtors and Creditors Act 1876” and the several Acts amending the same and of the bankruptcy of George Palmer senior a debtor. 'J his is to notify that George Palmer senior of Geraldine in the Provincial District of Canterbury New Zealand farmer has this day filed a statement that he is unable to meet his engagements with his creditors. The first meeting of creditors to be hold at the District Court House Timaru on Friday the 21st day of October 1831 at the hour of 11 o’clock in the forenoon. Dated this 12th day of October 1881.
