The following forecast of the probable condition of the weather based upon the phases of moon has been compiled by a gentleman in this district who takes considerable interest in meteorology. The changes in the weather arc not intended to apply to the particular date opposite which they are specified, but indicate generally the weather that may be anticipated between that date and the date which follows or between the different quarters of the moon.
