The Balling Pool.
(To the Editor Samoa Times.) Sir, —I strolled along to this place just recently, to see if "Observer" had been stating the truth, but I found the approach to the pool a picture. Grass was closely cut, aud road well swept. The build ings had been thoroughly cleaned and even disinfected. The Administration is to be complimented on restoring this scenic spot to the staudard of its&uide Book reputation. L think it is only fair that Observer" should visit the sopt to see for himself aud to -give .praise where praise is •'que. I am, etc., A UTOPIAN.
