LONDONDERRY QUIET. Londonderry is reported quiet and- is under complete military control. Business is resuming. Railway difficulties ill Ireland have developed with alarming rapidity. The trouble has arisen on the Irish railways owing to the guards and drivers refusing to carry soldiers. The strike is extending to o traffic on the main lines, which is practically suspended.
