The properties consist of Leaseholds from the Government of Tonga, and contain renewal clauses for further terms. They consist of the Trading Stations of the abore firm and are at present let to tenants on a monthly tenancy and are shortly as follows: TONGATABU. (1) Lease No. 166, expires Lath February, 1941.
