GERMAN AGENTS SHIPPING ARMS. TANKS AND FIELD GUNS. London, April 14. The London " Morning Post" has established a translation of a code of letters between the Sinn Feiners and German agents employed in shipping arms to Ireland, including two tanks and 31 field guns. The position in Dublin is growing worse. The Government refuses to release the hunger-striking prisoners. A railway strike in Ireland has commenced ; probably a general strike will be called.
