A Sea Of Flame.
TWO TOWNS PLUNDERED * DRUNKEN REVELRY. Paris, April 14. Hoelz, the leader of the Red Guards, has plundered the towns of Plauen and Falkenstein. The troops drenched the buildings with petrol. A sea of flames has been raging over the towns for several hours as a result of a drunken revelry of the regular troops.
