President Wilson's Note.
OUTPOINTED. Diplomatic information says that President Wilson's note regarding Turkey will not materially change the Supreme Council's Turkish 1 settlement. The President is considered to be outpointed. The United States has only indirect.interests, because she was not engaged in the war with Turkey. Mr. Wilson's note stated that it was the American view that the Turks should leave Europe. Armenian diplomats have been advised that the Treaty will be presented to the Turkish representative in Paris on April 10.
