(Dealt with Summarily). 1. Frank Mingo, of Sogi, was lined the sum of £2 for assaulting Jerome, a Samoan boy, ot Iva, Savaii. 2. H. H. Schroeder, of Faleinauga, was fined the sum ior driving a buggy to the danger ot the public. 3. George Pritchard was fined the sum of 5s for driving a buggy without a light after 6 pm. 4. lyitia, of Matautu, was fined the sum of 15s for allowing 3 pigs to wander. 5. D. White, ot Tanugamanono, was fined the sum of 10s for a breach ot the peace. 6. The Tauleleas ot Vaiee, Satata, were fined the sum ot xos for offering for sale copra mixed with shells and also underdried. 7- Julio Williams, ot Lepea, was lined £1 for causing a disturbance and using bad language. , 8. The following persons were lined for permitting Lautana to grow on their lands Toau, of Vaimoso, is ; Mena, of Vaimoso, 7s ; Une Suapaina, of Vaimoso, 2s; Vaiotu, of Vaimoso, ?s; Patau, P-N., of Vaimoso, 4s ; Masi, ot Vaim °so, is; and Siaana, of Vainioso, 2s. 9. W. Hicks, of Apia, was fined * 2 for drunkenness.
