THE “JOHN WILLIAMS.”

From April 2nd. to June 7th., our Missionary Barque was occupied in her first voyage to the westward. About the 23th June she left Upolu for the eastward, called at Tutuila, and thence proceeded to the Hervey and Society groupes. At the former she conveyed Mr. and Mrs. G. Gill from Rarotonga to Mangaia. From thence she proceeded to the Society Islands, and anchored at Tahiti on the 22nd of August, and was about to visit the Paumotu and Austral out-stations. We expect her speedy return to Samoa.
