In the matter of " The Town Boards' Act 1908" and of "The Local Bodies' Loans Aot 1908'; ,and the Acts amending the same respectively. THE Warkworth Town Board hereby gives notice that it proposes to raise a special loan of Three thousand three hundred pounds for building three concrete culverts on the Warkworth Sandspit road; for X>lacing a ferro concrete top on the Warkworth bridge increasing its width; and for forming and metalling, the Warkworth Puhoi road, the Warkworth Matakana road, the Warkworth Sandspit road, the Warkworth Dome Valley road; and a deviation of Wilson's road; and to make an annually recurring Special Rate of five-eights of a penny in the £ on the capital value of all rateable property in the district as sei curity for the interest and charges in I connection with such loan. The whole of the loan is to be repayable at the expiration of 3 61< years from the raising of the loan. It is not proposed to pay out of the loan monies the cost of raising the loan, nor the first year's interest of the loan during the construction of the said works.
