A TAILOR'S FASHION CAMPAIGN.

American tailors are determined to force the pace and make men wear as many suits as possible. The National Association of Merchant Tailors has held its congress at New York, when 74 cities, 1000 firms, and £10,000,000 of capital were represented. It was decided that the fashions must be changed as frequently and radically as possible, so that the well-dressed man would have to be constantly buying new suits in order to be. able to face his fellow-men. And 30 suits were decided to be the minimum number which should go to the making of a decent wardrobe.
