(Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Last Night. _ The Executive Council decided this afternoon that there was no reason to interfere with the sentence of death passed on Samuel John Thorn on December 3rd, for the murder of Sidney Seymour Eyre at Pukekawa on August 24th.
