Marshal Eoch said it was not a question or destroying 15,000 German guns. The trne menace was the hostile militaristic spirit ot the German people. If that spirit is translated into action again there will be a new terrible and swifter weapon in the air. It would he the duty of the next generation not to abandon precautions.
