Mr Berriedale Keith, in a letter, points out that no method hs.s yet been determined by which Britain and the Dominions are to conduct their business with the League of Nations. He suggests that all should agree to consult together before approaching the League in order to maintain equality of status and eliminate or diminish divergence of views.
