United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Washington, March 24 President Wilson has nominated Mr Henry Morgenthau, former Ambassador to Turkey, as Ambassador to Mexico. It is understood the President feels the need for a strong man in Mexico, not only in view of the unsettled conditions there, but also to protect oil interests.
