Received March 20, 11 a.m London, March 18 The Premier addressed the Coalition Liberal Commoners, defining the position and indicating the future policy. He strongly urged the LiberaJs to join hands with the Unionists and fight the Socialistic Labour Party, 1 which is reaping the results of many years of propaganda by the Socialist wing. He believed in private enterprise, while common ownership in Britain corresponded to French communism and Russian Bolshevism. He remained a Liberal and considered ' it the duty of all parties to combine against Socialism. No party at the present time was able to command a majority.
