Specials Order authorising the Raising of a Special Loan of £2500 for Erection of Workers’ Dwellings. 1 T a Special Meeting of the Rangitikei County Council eld on the 28th day of February, .920, a resolution was passed by way of Special Order authorising the raising under the provisions of flection 16 (d) of “ The Local Bodies Loans Act. 1913,” apd Section 33“0f “ The Counties Amendment Act, 1913,” of a Special Loan of £2500 for the erection of Workers’ Dweldngs and proposing to pledge a Special Rate upon all rateable property within the County of Rangitikei exclusive of the Town District of Lethbridge as security for the said loan. Loan to be for a period of 36t*years Notice is hereby given that a copy of the above-mentioned resolution is open to Public Inspection at the Office of the Rangitikei County Council, High Street, Marton, during office hours, and that a Special Meeting of the said Council will be held at the said office on WEDBLBDAY, the 31st day of March, 1920, at 3 p.m., to confirm such resolution. AT a Special Meeting of the Rangitikei County Council held on the 28th day of February, 1920, a resolution - was passed by way of Special Order authorising the raising under the provisions ot Section 16 (e) of “ The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913,” of a Special Loan of £ 13,000 for the purpose of widening and of metalling for the first time portions of the Upper lurakina Willey and Okaka Roads and proposing to levy a Special Rate within the Upper Turakina Valley Special Rating District as security for the said loan. The Loan is to be raised by Debentures, payable years from date of issue.
