THE KAISER’S LETTERS.

United Press Association—By Elec trie Telegraph—Copyright. London, Jan 23 The final instalments of the Kaiser’s letters to Nicky covers the period February 1913 to February 1914. The letters are of a gossipy nature; Writing in February, 1913, the Kaiser fervently hoped that the Balkan troubles would soon be ■finally arranged without complications. He expresses the opinion that Austria, as a near neighbour, had interests to look after, but he was under the impression that she did not desire to claim anything for herself, but “wishes to make sure that no readjustment of the map should occur which would he dangerous to her future.” In his March letter the Kaiser complains “That damned Balkan muddle deprived me of being at my heavenly paradise at Corfu. ”
