INSPECTING GERMAN PORTS.

United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Received Jan 28, 9 a.m.

Reuter. Berlin, Jan 28 The inter-Allied naval mission has landed at Wilhelmshaven to inspect the German ports and ascertain how the naval terms of the Peace Treaty are being fulfilled. The mission had previously inspected Heligoland. Admiral Charles firmly pointed out that the Treaty must be literally carried out. Bight battleships were found to be in a deplorable condition. Their crews, when the ships were being inspected, sang patriotic songs, otherwise the Commission was everywhere respectfully received.
