MR T. P. O’CONNOR’S MANIFESTO. United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Reuter. Received Dee 11, 2 p, m. Loudon, Dec 6 Mr T. P. O’Connor has issued a manifesto in which he declares that there is nothing to expect from the present Ministry, which lias broken its pledges regarding Ireland in almost the same breath in which they were uttered. Mr O’Connor announces that the United League of Britain will become an independent ally of the Labour Party, and declares that the tragedy of Ireland depeens hc'urly and the- oppression becomes more cruel, widespread and shameful. Tbe League has decided to become the ally of tlio independent separate self-governing Labour Partv. He concludes: “We can only give satisfaction to the resentment felt by the Irish at the treatment of Ireland by striking a blow- through their influence.”
